eKuber implemented the one AWS cloud based centralized Drupal Website and demonstrated excellence in performance, timely and flaw less delivery within the specified budget. eKuber Ventures worked on Enterprise Business Innovation Technical Services (eBITS) Internet (Drupal & 360 Degree Wayfinder) redesign & implementation of the MWAA’s public web presence. The scope includes architecting & implementing the website on Drupal Platform, consolidating 8 different MWAA websites. The scope includes cloud based, responsive design powered by Drupal CMS & Portal implementation, integrated with 360 degree Panoramic Wayfinder technology and integrated with Kiosks, involving architecture design, requirements gathering & analysis, taxonomy, visual design, wireframes & internal processes/workflows, development & configuration of Drupal modules, testing, training, communication, change management & implementation & post-implementation support using sprints on Agile/SCRUM methodology. eKuber was also awarded contract to develop Data-warehosing system, a CRM system and the MWAA intranet and integrate them with Drupal website migrated across 8 sites. eKuber was able to provide 1) Improved Management of Cost to Realize Operational Efficiencies, 2) Growth of Revenue to keep MWAA Competitive, 3) Creation of Customer Satisfaction for all MWAA Stakeholders & 4) Fostering of Employee Engagement as Employer of Choice.
